Industries Pepin alkyd coatings are enamel based paints which is formulated to allow it to stick directly to a large variety of metal surfaces (DTM). For extra protection, it can be used as a top coat over a primer. The different solutions we offer to help guide the choices of the user are in function of the required physico-chemical characteristics and the type of application.
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE COATINGS : METALFORCE DTM (DIRECT TO METAL)
Metalforce alkyd primers are a perfect complement for the alkyd industrial coatings and should be used for porous or uneven surfaces that require a protective layer. Metalforce Industrial coatings can be applied directly to a majority of properly prepared metals (DTM); if used with a urethane catalyst, it will increase the durability of the coating and speed up the drying time. Metalforce alkyds primers are available in standard colors or upon special request.
FAST DRYING ENAMEL
Pepin fast drying enamels are alkyd based coatings that can be applied directly to metal surfaces that require high performance protective coatings. The fast drying properties and high resistance to sag, makes this product ideal for high viscosity spray application on complex structures.
Pepin fast drying enamel can be applied on the majority of well-prepared metal surfaces alone or in combination with an urethane catalyst which improves the gloss, durability and drying time. When you have porous or uneven surfaces that require a protective layer, Pepin alkyd primers is the perfect complement to Pepin fast drying enamel. Pepin fast drying enamels are available in standard colors. High gloss, semi-gloss or satin finishes and can be produced in the volume and colors needed to complete your jobs.
